Speaking of: Going to Concerts Alone

I go to a lot of concerts alone, but it doesn’t always feel that way.

Because when you go to a show by yourself, your ears start to wander a bit in between acts. And you hear the people around you raving about the same bands you love and saying they would kill to have seen Suede live back in the 90s and talking about how amazing the LCD Soundsystem show was in August and gasping when The Smiths starts playing over the venue PA. You realize maybe it’s not just you.

In many ways, going to concerts alone makes me feel very un-alone.
