Speaking of: Using Grief as a Currency

It's such an interesting thing that we do as humans. Using grief as a currency to buy intimacy. Leveraging our own pain or insecurities to get closer to people we want to trust us. Getting excited by our own misfortunes because sharing them with someone might bring us love in return.

I'm guilty of this many times over.
